PDFJoiner is no longer in active development, and hasn't been in some time. It may still work (and actually became more efficient at splitting PDFs when used on Max OS X 10.4), so feel free to download it anyhow.

PDFJoiner is a front end to joinPDF. After installing joinPDF, you can use PDFJoiner to manage your basic PDF combining needs. It is still beta software, and there is a lot of stuff I still need to implement/remove. View License
